Running Late to Your Shift

Contact immediately:

Information to provide:

  • How late you'll be
  • Reason for delay
  • Expected arrival time
  • Whether client needs to be contacted

Unable to Attend Due to Sickness

Important Call as soon as possible - before your shift starts if possible
  • Don't text or email - always call
  • Speak to a person - don't leave voicemail as only option

Sickness reporting procedure:

  1. Contact office immediately
  2. Explain symptoms and expected return
  3. Complete return to work interview when back
  4. Provide fit note if off more than 7 days
